2016/17 KS2 Performance Data

The percentage of children who reached the expected standard in reading, writing and maths was 53%.  

These results are significantly above the national average which was 61%. 

The percentage of pupils who reached expected standard in reading was, 60% (national 71%).

The percentage of pupils who reached expected standard in writing was, 81% (national 76%).

The percentage of pupils who reached expected standard in maths was, 74% (national 75%).

The percentage of children who reached the higher standard in Reading was 18% when national average was 25%, Writing was 9% when national average was 18% and maths was 25% when national average was 23%

The average progress that pupils made in reading between KS1 and KS2 was -1.91

The average progress that pupils made in writing between KS1 and KS2 was +0.40

The average progress that pupils made in maths between KS1 and KS2 was +0.71

The average scale score in reading was 101.5.  The national average was 104.1.
